In 2018, we started with the idea of connecting companies with existing clients through a simple communication tool. As we started building our product, we realized that a one-way simple chat platform was not enough. We needed to build a customised interactive environment that strengthened relationships and built an open transparent ethos that companies could clearly see the value in.
